God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

God saw the light, and saw that it was good. God divided the light from the darkness.

God called the dry land "earth," and the gathering together of the waters he called "seas." God saw that it was good.

The earth yielded grass, herbs yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit, with its seed in it, after their kind; and God saw that it was good.

God made the two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He also made the stars.

and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. God saw that it was good.

God created the large sea creatures, and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed, after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind. God saw that it was good.

God made the animals of the earth after their kind, and the livestock after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind. God saw that it was good.

God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. There was evening and there was morning, a sixth day.

On the seventh day God finished his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

God blessed the seventh day, and made it holy, because he rested in it from all his work which he had created and made.

There was also born a son to Seth, and he named him Enosh. Then men began to call on Yahweh’s name.

Offer the sacrifices of righteousness.
Put your trust in Yahweh.

Many say, "Who will show us any good?"
Yahweh, let the light of your face shine on us.

In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep,
for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety.

God’s loving kindness endures continually.

But as for me, I am like a green olive tree in God’s house. I trust in God’s loving kindness forever and ever.

Yahweh, remember David and all his affliction,

It is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter.

Yahweh will create over the whole habitation of Mount Zion, and over her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory will be a canopy.

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, "Yahweh’s word which you have spoken is good." He said moreover, "For there will be peace and truth in my days."

Who is among you who fears Yahweh, who obeys the voice of his servant? He who walks in darkness, and has no light, let him trust in the name of Yahweh, and rely on his God.

Who has believed our message? To whom has the arm of Yahweh been revealed?

The nations shall see your righteousness, and all kings your glory, and you shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of Yahweh shall name.

You shall also be a crown of beauty in the hand of Yahweh, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

and give him no rest, until he establishes, and until he makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

but those who have garnered it shall eat it, and praise Yahweh; and those who have gathered it shall drink it in the courts of my sanctuary."

Behold, Yahweh has proclaimed to the end of the earth, "Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your salvation comes. Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.’"

I will lay sinews on you, and will bring up flesh on you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live; and you shall know that I am Yahweh.

"Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!"

Now before the feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that his time had come that he would depart from this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.

Peter therefore was kept in the prison, but constant prayer was made by the assembly to God for him.

And behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side, and woke him up, saying, "Stand up quickly!" His chains fell off from his hands.

When Peter had come to himself, he said, "Now I truly know that the Lord has sent out his angel and delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from everything the Jewish people were expecting."

Immediately an angel of the Lord struck him, because he didn’t give God the glory, and he was eaten by worms and died.

But the word of God grew and multiplied.

Do this, knowing the time, that it is already time for you to awaken out of sleep, for salvation is now nearer to us than when we first believed.

For there are certain men who crept in secretly, even those who were long ago written about for this condemnation: ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into indecency, and denying our only Master, God, and Lord, Jesus Christ.

The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ. He will reign forever and ever!"

I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who overcame the beast, his image, ^a and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.

After these things, I saw another angel coming down out of the sky, having great authority. The earth was illuminated with his glory.
